A note on ketamine: IV ketamine is used off-label for mental-health and pain indications. This differs from esketamine (Spravato®), an FDA-approved intranasal formulation administered only in certified healthcare settings. Evidence for one route does not automatically transfer to another. Ketamine therapy is not appropriate for everyone; every prospective client is medically screened, and individual results vary.

How do I become a client?
Arcane Neuro is a by-referral concierge practice enrolling a limited number of founding members ahead of opening. Reserve a founding membership to be introduced to founding pricing and early access; we will reach out personally to discuss fit.
What does concierge include?
Personalized protocol design under physician oversight, in-home CRNA-administered infusions, direct access to your team between sessions, and integration support. Specific program structures are shared with founding members ahead of launch.
Is my privacy really protected?
Yes. We keep no public directory listings, do not file insurance claims, and document your care confidentially under HIPAA — never shared without your written consent.
How is IV ketamine different from Spravato?
IV ketamine is used off-label for mental-health and pain indications. Spravato (esketamine) is a separate, FDA-approved intranasal medication given only in certified healthcare settings. They are different formulations and routes of administration, and evidence for one does not automatically transfer to the other.
