Because we are fully mobile and by referral, there is no clinic to visit and no public footprint. Here is what to expect, step by step.

A board-certified CRNA administers your IV infusion at home, monitoring you continuously under physician oversight.

You rest in your own space. Your CRNA stays until you are stable, and a trusted person remains with you afterward.

A note on ketamine: IV ketamine is used off-label for mental-health and pain indications. This differs from esketamine (Spravato®), an FDA-approved intranasal formulation administered only in certified healthcare settings. Evidence for one route does not automatically transfer to another. Ketamine therapy is not appropriate for everyone; every prospective client is medically screened, and individual results vary.

Frequently asked
How many sessions will I need?
It varies. Many ketamine protocols begin with an initial series of infusions over a few weeks, followed by maintenance sessions as needed. Your Medical Director recommends a plan based on your history and response — there is no one-size-fits-all number.
How should I prepare for a session?
We send preparation guidance in advance — typically light fasting beforehand, comfortable clothing, a quiet space, and a trusted adult available during and after. Your CRNA brings all medical equipment.
What does integration mean?
Integration is the reflective work after an infusion — making sense of the experience and applying it. We provide structured support between sessions to help translate insight into lasting change.
How is IV ketamine different from Spravato?
IV ketamine is used off-label for mental-health and pain indications. Spravato (esketamine) is a separate, FDA-approved intranasal medication given only in certified healthcare settings. They are different formulations and routes of administration, and evidence for one does not automatically transfer to the other. We are glad to help you understand which pathway may fit your situation.
