The data is unambiguous. Veterans are dying at nearly double the civilian suicide rate. The majority receive no treatment. Standard therapies fail 30 to 50 percent of those who do access care. Ketamine therapy, delivered by board-certified physicians in a private and compassionate setting, has demonstrated the ability to produce rapid, meaningful relief for the conditions that are killing veterans.
Florida State Recognition
$1,034,995
in proposed state funding for veteran ketamine therapy
The Florida Senate Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services has proposed $1,034,995 in General Revenue funding (FY 2026-2027) for “Controlled Ketamine Therapy and Neurobiological Restoration Treatments for Veterans” (Row 231, LFIR #1882, Department of Veterans' Affairs).
Ketamine therapy for veterans is no longer on the fringe. It is being actively funded at the state government level. Arcane sits precisely where Florida's legislative priorities and veteran need converge.
VA Partnership Initiative
Our goal is to position Arcane as a trusted community provider that the VA can refer South Florida veterans to for specialized ketamine therapy.
Pursue formal recognition as a community care provider eligible to receive VA referrals for ketamine therapy under the VA Community Care Program.
Develop collaborative care pathways that integrate ketamine therapy with existing VA mental health treatment plans, ensuring continuity and clinical alignment.
Document and share clinical outcomes data with VA partners to contribute to the growing evidence base for ketamine therapy in veteran populations.
Establish relationships with VA medical centers in Miami, West Palm Beach, and the surrounding region to facilitate warm referrals and care coordination.
Actively support legislative and policy efforts to expand veteran access to ketamine and psychedelic-assisted therapies at the federal level.
Become the leading private-sector partner for veteran mental health innovation in South Florida, recognized by the VA as a model for community-based, high-touch care.
Medical Infrastructure
The single highest barrier to entry in concierge ketamine therapy is clinical credentialing. Arcane has cleared it.
Our established network of board-certified CRNAs and MDs is fully in place. That network is the backbone that makes safe, compliant, in-home ketamine therapy possible.
Board-certified MD oversight on all infusion protocols.
Credentialed CRNA team enabling seamless mobile in-home service across South Florida.
Rigorous safety protocols: medical screening, real-time vitals monitoring, post-infusion supervision.
Compliance-ready operations structured for discreet, deliberate expansion.
