This differs from esketamine (Spravato®), an FDA-approved intranasal formulation administered only in certified healthcare settings. Evidence for one route does not automatically transfer to another. Ketamine therapy is not appropriate for everyone; every prospective client is medically screened, and individual results vary.

IV ketamine is administered by a board-certified CRNA who monitors you continuously throughout the session, under physician oversight — the same clinical standards used in a supervised medical setting, brought to your home. Every candidate is screened beforehand to confirm ketamine therapy is an appropriate fit.

Do I need to arrange anything at home?

IV ketamine is used off-label for mental-health and pain indications. Spravato (esketamine) is a separate, FDA-approved intranasal medication given only in certified healthcare settings. They are different formulations and routes of administration, and evidence for one does not automatically transfer to the other.
